Application forms are based on form classes and are connected to one of the SAP form tools available based on the form type. The following form types are available:

Smart Forms:    Preparation and processing via

    SAP Smart Forms (BC-SRV-SSF)

PDF-based form:    Preparation and processing via

    PDF-based forms (BC-SRV-FP)

Collection:    Linking/sequential processing

    of several application forms

  • Form tool to be used
  • Print scenarion (SAP-internal or external print preparation using raw data transfer)
