Use
In this IMG activity, you define general Customizing settings for budget types for each fund type. If you are using several budget types in your organization and work with different fund types, in this activity you can define which budget type is intended as consumable budget for a fund type. Define a 'from' fiscal year for each setting.
Budget types or budget entered on this that are/is not defined as consumable budget is not updated in the availability control and therefore cannot be "consumed" for actual/commitment postings (assigned funds).
Note:
The settings defined here are only included in the availability control if the Budget type selection accord. to Customizing flag is set in the IMG activity Define AVC Filter Settings for each Budget Value.
Standard settings
SAP does not deliver any default settings.
Activities
Define which of your budget types are intended as consumable budget and enter a 'from' fiscal year.
Save your entries.
