Example

Only income tax identification numbers for Germany and Austria are relevant to your company. Delete all entries except for those for DE0 (Germany) and AT0 (Austria).

Standard settings

If you do not specify which tax numbers types are relevant to your company, you can maintain all tax numbers types delivered as standard by SAP.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Choose Execute.
  2. Select all tax numbers that are not relevant to your company.
  3. Choose Delete.
  4. Save.

Further notes

If you later require tax numbers that you have deleted, use New Entries to retrieve the required tax numbers.
