Use
In this IMG activity, you define the derivation of check rules and check sequences from parameters of the basis structure for determination of check sequences.
You can assign a combination of parameters to a check rule and/or check sequence.

During the validation process, the system first evaluates the check rule (if there is one). Then the system goes through the steps of the check sequence. If it finds an incorrect value or incorrect value combination, there is a termination. The system then writes an error message, which was defined within the validation, to the error log.
