You can use all fields in that structure for grouping. You can define a maximum of two grouping levels. You make the grouping using the fields (entered under Field Name) from the LAE_CRM_ITEMS structure. In addition to the contents of the field, the system displays the name of the field as shown under Field Name Text Field.
