Retrieval not possible; move document

Diagnosis

The Retrieve function could not be executed. A possible reason is that the document was deleted from the resubmission folder. All resubmissions for the document are deleted at the same time. It is therefore not helpful to retrieve the document and replace it in the resubmission folder.

Other situations which can lead to this error message:

• The folder from which the document originally comes and from which you wish to retrieve it has been deleted.
• You wish to retrieve the document from the outbox. The office settings specify a time limit which determines how long a document may remain in the outbox. The time between the date the document was last changed and the date retrieval was attempted exceeds this time limit.
• You wish to retrieve the document from a shared folder, in which documents have a defined life-span. The document has exceeded this life-span.

Select another folder via Document -> Move -> Move, to which the document can be moved.
