Diagnosis
You tried to call one of the SMET* transactions without specifying a program. The program does not allow you to process ALL programs in the SAP Syste, (>100,000) because of the resources required.

Procedure
To display the measurements for all programs recorded in the shared buffer, choose 'Determine entered programs'. The program then enters the corresponding program names in the input field.
