Diagnosis
You cannot make changes to the SAP CCMS Monitor Templates or SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors. You can only copy these templates and then make changes to them.
System Response
Procedure
Either choose a different monitor, or copy one of the SAP CCMS Monitor Templates or SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors to your monitor set. You can then make changes to the monitor that you have copied.
