Notifying other agents via Workflow was not possible

Diagnosis

In Customizing, agents of the same objects in another project should be notified using Workflow. However, the Workflow message could not be sent.

System Response

The function could not be carried out.

Procedure

Check that the Workflow for notification in Customizing is set correctly.

The message is sent to the resources of the corresponding activities. Ensure that the resources correspond to possible recipients of Workflow messages.
