Diagnosis
An SAP user could not be assigned for the SAPoffice user .
System Response
The conversion program did not fill the message recipient type and entered the old SAPoffice user as the recipient ID.
Procedure
Create the appropriate SAP user and maintain it as the message recipient in the partner profiles.
