User profiles indicates no tree display may be used for IDoc

Diagnosis
The system tried to display an IDoc in tree view.
However, the customer profile contains a setting which specifies that a tree view may not be used.
System Response
Procedure
If you still wish to use a tree view to display the IDoc, you should change your configuration, otherwise please inform your system administrator.
