Release indicator can now be changed

Release mode has been activated.
System Response
The release indicator for the last segment definition can now be changed.
Procedure
If you select the release indicator, the last segment definition is marked as released and cannot be changed further. If the indicator is deselected, the release is cancelled. You should only do this in exceptional cases, because any possible changes to the segment definition will affect processing.
