The file & to be deleted could not be found in the file system

Diagnosis
The file could not be found when deleting an inbound file with 'DELETE DATASET'. The file has either been deleted by a parallel program or by hand.
Procedure
File has been processed completely. However it cannot be deleted and is still contained in the list of the files that are not yet completely processed.
You must delete this file so that when a restart of inbound processing is performed, a file with the same name as this new file can be processed:
