Diagnosis

An error occurred while opening a status file with 'OPEN DATASET'! The system then tried to open the file which was specified via parameters with the start of status processing.

An error occurred.

The system then tried to open file that was specified in the port definition of port for status inbound processing. This also leads to an error!
