You want to change, delete or create tab layout '' again. However, since tab layout '' is not in the customer name range, you are not allowed to change it, delete it, or create it again.
The SAP standard tab layouts all start with 'SAP'.
Customer tab layouts have to start with 'Y' or 'Z'.
