Diagnosis
The data in the Estim. in Bill. field of meter reading unit does not match rate category of the installation. This may have been caused by the following:
- If the installation is not billed with dynamic period control, you may not enter a meter reading unit that has meter reading dates to be estimated in billing.
- If the installation is billed with dynamic period control, the content of field Dyn.per.control of the rate category in table Basic categories for dynamic period control must be allocated to a suitable basic category:
If it has been defined in the meter reading unit that billing is to estimate the results for meter reading dates, you must enter a value in the rate category in the Dyn.per.control field. This value must point towards basic category estimation of meter reading results in billing.
If on the other hand the value entered in the rate category points towards basic category determination of current periods via meter reading results, the Estim. in Bill. field may be left blank for meter reading dates in the meter reading unit that is allocated to the rate category in the installation.
