IM: No information loaded into PSA via InfoSource &1

Diagnosis

Values of measures (orders or projects) or appropriation requests for the program are to be loaded into the IM InfoCube.

This information must be loaded to the PSA before data is loaded, in order to allow the measures or appropriation requests to be assigned to the program in the data update and enable the values to be distributed according to the requesting organizational units of the appropriation request.

However, there are no data requests for InfoSource in the PSA that provide the information required for the update.

System Response

The IM InfoCube is not updated with the values of the measures or the appropriation requests, and no distribution of values according to the requesting organizational units takes place.

Procedure

  1. First load the following information using the InfoSources to the PSA:

    o 0IM_FA_IP_7 Assignment of appropriation requests to program

    o 0IM_FA_IP_8 Assignment of orders to program

    o 0IM_FA_IP_9 Assignment of projects to program

    o 0IM_FA_IQ_9 Distribution according to requesting organizational units

  2. If information for InfoSource 0IM_FA_IQ_9 is missing in the PSA, delete the values that were updated without distributions from the IM InfoCube.
  3. Then load or update the values of the measures or appropriation requests again.
