Diagnosis
You tried to retire or transfer an asset that belongs to Real Estate Management, and this asset still has correction items. Or, you tried to retire multiple assets at the same time, and at least one of them does not have values in the book depreciation area.
These postings are not possible.

In the second case, post the asset retirement separately for the assets that do not have values in the book depreciation area.
