Delete clusters PS and PT from file PCL2

Diagnosis
The clusters PS and PT were deleted from the file PCL2. Then the number of read and deleted records are issued. If both figures are not identical then an error has occured. In such cases, you can carry out the deleting in every client yourself using the report RPUP2D10.
