Diagnosis

There are Employment Security Related Payments and other payments made in the same period. This is not allowed.

System Response

The employee cannot be taxed correctly with the payment combination as it is in the same period. As one set of payments should be taxed under Tax Code 0T and the Employment Security Related Payments should be taxedunder Tax Code BR.

Procedure

EITHER remove the Employment Security Related Payments from the employee's record and re-insert them to be effective for the next pay period OR remove the other payments from the employee's record and re-insert them to be effective for the next pay period
