The qualifying day pattern (QDP) you have entered is not maintained in table T5G22 for employee subgroup grouping , or personnel subarea grouping for the period concerned.

Use the F4 input help to enter a QDP that has already been maintained in the system.
Procedure for System Administration
If the QDPs already maintained in the system do not meet your requirements, you can define and generate additional QDPs by carrying out the steps under SSP Qualifying Day Patterns (QDPs) in Customizing for Personnel Time Management.
