Diagnosis

For this employee, a payment in error was entered on infotype Payment Made in Error GB (0793). This affects the NIable pay in a retro period and makes automatic checking of the COMPS minimum payment impossible.

System Response

The COMPS minimum payment is not checked for this employee in the periods which may have been affected by the NI Payment in Error. A payroll exception is raised to notify you of the situation. Wage types /307 and /308 from the original run for this period remain unchanged in the RT.

Procedure

Verify manually that sufficient contributions were made towards the COMPS scheme for the affected employee.
