Diagnosis

The preparation check for certificate generation has failed. This is caused by a lack of complete information entered into the system.

Refer to Preparation Checks for details.

System Response

Details of the checks that have failed are available in the status report of the certificate generation run.

Procedure

  1. If you tried to run the tax certificate generation program, go to the IMG: Payroll Accounting -> Payroll: South Africa -> Annual IRP5 / IT3(a) Tax Certificate Processing.

    If you tried to run the UIF declaration generation program, go to the view V_T5W66.

  2. Check each step to determine what additional information must be entered.
