Diagnosis
Receivable has been sold to collection agency and cannot be submitted to a collection agency again.
If you want to submit the receivable again, you have to reverse the current submission by changing the submission status.
System Response
The receivable could not be released for submission.
Procedure
Change the submission status of the receivable.
