Help Document
Diagnosis
During interest calculation, no items for posting could be found. Possible reasons are:
- There are no items where interest is due
- An error occurred during interest determination, or interest calculation.
- Calculated items cannot be posted because of a minimum/maximum amount check.
Procedure
Choose Line item interest calculation to list the interest items with the interest calculation results.
Procedure for System Administration
If the system was unable to post items due to the minimum/maximum amount check, check and if necessary change the minimum/maximum amounts defined in Customizing.
